A&WMA Events
Thanks to our voters, the Oklahoma Chapter now has three new directors (well, two are new and Anna has graciously agreed to remain): Anna Childers & Ken Ede (Tulsa), Derek Kinard (OKC).

High School Essay Contest (9-12, entry deadline April 22)
o Topic: “Energy and the Environment: Changing Our Communities, Our Schools and Our World.” Areas of focus: 1) alternative fuels, 2) greenhouse gas management, or 3) fossil fuels.
o 6 page essay
o Submission deadline: 04/22/2010
o Prize money $400 and recognition at Calgary, Alberta, Canada in June in the 103rd A&WMA annual conference.
